No! All data is biased. One way of addressing this is writing down a lot of details on the data you are collecting, how it was gathered, in which context it is appropriate to use, how it is maintained, etc. You will not totally eliminate bias, but you will become much more aware of the attributes of your dataset and you increase the chance of not being blindsided by them later.
