It is about drowning people out and so it is not necessarily forbidding someone from saying something but totally drowning them out with massive quantity of text, information and comments. AI can really facilitate that and as of now there does not exists a good solution to this. One suggestion by Oren Etzioni is to start using digital signatures as a form of authentication.
